With the economy struggling, many families are not sure if they will be having Christmas this year. If they haven’t lost their job, their hours have been cut back and they are wondering which bill to pay. Should they pay the rent or buy food for the family?

Last year HALO volunteers helped bring cheer and yes relief to many local families. 294 children wore big smiles (and yes some new pajamas) on Christmas Day. The families experienced the true meaning of Christmas...Jesus! 		Adopt a Family
Again, this year we feel these numbers are going to increase and we are asking for your help.

Families will begin the application process in late October. Based on your request, we will hand select and match you with your family. We will provide you the first name, age, gender and a “wish list” for each child. You provide the blessings and special memories. What you buy and how much you spend is left to your own discretion but all gifts must be new.
