Journey of Hope HALO knows that sometimes life gets in the way and can bring people down to their knees in the blink of an eye. Sometimes people are hungry, hurting, homeless and seeking hope. Whether it is addiction, abuse, bad choices or simply a cycle of poverty, HALO is here to provide hope.

Every person who comes through the HALO program, whether by appointment or as a walk in, is offered help in assessing their situation and finding the best option for their next step.
For those who are sick and tired of being “sick and tired” HALO offers our Journey of Hope program. This program, customized to fit each individuals needs, is truly a journey. Change does not happen overnight but is a step by step, day by day process. Those who enter the program must sign a commitment form. This form sets up the accountability process which encourages change through a Life Action Plan.

Offering spiritual counseling and guidance is an important step in this process. Participants are held accountable every step of the way, from the search to find a job, to saving their money once they are employed.
