HALO has been serving the tri-county community area since 2007. From serving meals on the street, to providing case management to those individuals experiencing homelessness to making available a safe, place to lay their head at night.

Jesus loved us unconditionally.
No matter the reason a person finds themselves homeless,
they are loved.
We do this while holding to our core values of:
