Located at the HALO Center of Hope Facility, 119 South Blvd, Salisbury, MD, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day to our guests and community members.
Free Meals for All
Since 2010, the HALO Café has been a beacon of support for anyone who is hungry or homeless in our community. We provide three free meals daily to guests staying at our shelter and anyone in the community who needs a meal.
- No ID Required: Everyone is welcome, no questions asked.
- Inclusive: We serve meals free of charge, regardless of race, color, religion, creed, or personal situation.
- Daily Service: We currently serve over 250 meals each day.

Monday-Friday
Breakfast 7:30am – 8:30am
Lunch 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Everyday
Dinner 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday
Breakfast/Lunch Bagged Meals are given out at 7:30am
