About HALO

In 2004, the Center of Hope was started as an outreach ministry of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. This ministry was designed to help meet the needs of the homeless, hungry and hurting in the tri-county area. In 2007 we became a separate 501(c)(3) organization, Hope And Life Outreach (HALO), where we continue our mission of helping those less fortunate.
