The Resource & Respite Center is a safe, structured place where homeless individuals and families can come during daytime hours. Our goal is to help rebuild the dignity of each person by providing services to not only meet their basic needs but to encourage guests to move forward in life. HALO offers a wide range of activities and services that will help homeless men, women and women with children gain stability, build resilience and rebuild their lives. By partnering with area agencies and organizations we can help bring about a transformed life.
